PIXELearning would like to invite you to take part in “Calling a Serious Solution”, the final event in the “Chalk Dust” hands-on workshop series to be held in Coventry.

PIXELearning are a global, award winning developer of Immersive Learning Simulations (aka Serious Games) who create highly engaging and interactive learning experiences delivering measurable results in a safe yet realistic working environment.

What will you learn?  This final installment of three free workshops is aimed at customer contact centres and provides an insight into how innovative training approaches can improve efficiency whilst reducing costs.

The workshop will showcase a recent PIXELearning implementation, with a large US Telco, building skills in 19,000 call centre agents through immersive learning.  In addition subject matter expert Silver Lining Solutions will provide an insight into their complimentary services and experience for a complete solution from Training Needs Analysis through delivery to assessment.

Who should attend?  L & D professionals, Training and HR Managers especially in the areas of customer service and call centre management. Come prepared with questions and a laptop (or use one of ours) so you can trial the technology for yourself. In addition attendees will have a chance to see and trial Second Life, a 3D virtual World and hear about future developments in the area of Learning Technologies.

If you are interested in the potential of Serious Games or would like to know what they are this is your opportunity to find out more.
